Team Assessment

If you are not only looking to improve your game but your entire team's, we have an opportunity for you. Our team assessment package has been one of our most successful programs over time. By assessing a team (5 or more individuals), we not only can give individual instruction to improve each athlete but also feedback to the coach on what the entire team should work on as a whole. The benefits are that the coach now knows exactly what to do to help their team and the team responds better because they are pushing each other.

What will you receive?

• Team assessments are discount based on the total number of athletes.
• We will work with the athletes and/or coach to either setup individual times or an entire day for the team to get in for the assessment.
• Personalized exercise program based on assessment results.
• Team overview of what the team can work on together based on the results.
• Stop animation print out of you during your assessment.
• Corrective exercise booklet with current and future exercises for your program.
