Running Program
The personalized running program is your ticket to reaching your goals and staying injury free. The training programs that we write are always written for each individual based on past training history, goals, lifestyle and, most importantly, current ability level. After a 30-minute consultation to gather all the information needed, the training plan will then be drawn up. Each week will include specific workouts with duration, pace, rest periods based on the type of workout and training effect that we are looking for. The client has access to contact the coach on a weekly basis with any questions or concerns that may arise. For race day, an entire race strategy will be put into place based on the training and client’s preferences. All of this adds up to you reaching your goals and beyond.
