Bellin Health's physical therapy service provides direct access to patients aged 18 to 59. In Wisconsin, this direct access allows physical therapists to treat patients without the need for a doctor's prescription or referral. This means you can bypass unnecessary visits to your primary care physician, saving both time and money. Patients can schedule appointments without a doctor's referral*, if appropriate.  

Our therapists can evaluate your condition, devise a personalized plan, and administer treatments to alleviate your discomfort. They are trained in various techniques to address muscle and bone issues, including manual therapy, exercises and heat or cold treatments. At Bellin Health, our priority is the patient, offering the necessary care and support during your recovery process.

Our physical therapists collaborate closely with you to comprehend your objectives and customize the treatment accordingly. They'll lead exercises, teach proper body movements, and educate on preventing injuries for long-term health.

Bellin's therapists are proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing musculoskeletal conditions. They screen patients to identify the most appropriate care and will refer to the primary care physician if required. In addition to integrating the patient's information into their medical record, a therapy note or letter is dispatched to the patient's primary care provider.

• Workers compensation  
• You are younger than 18 or 60 years or older  
• Patients requiring treatment for the following conditions:
