Get care quickly with an on-demand video visit. Connect with a trusted provider in minutes for common illnesses and everyday health concerns, all from your phone, tablet or computer.

When We’re Available

On-Demand Video Visit Hours

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Holidays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (closed Christmas Day)

On-demand video visits are available to current patients with an active MyChart account, seven days a week, except for visits with your primary care provider. These visits are for patients physically located in Wisconsin or Michigan.

Scheduled Video Visits

Whether you have a video visit with your regular primary care provider or the first available provider, we’ll ensure you receive the trusted care you need when your calendar allows. Scheduled video visits are available through MyChart during standard clinic hours.

Your provider may feel that a physical examination or consultation with a specialist is necessary to provide you with the best possible care. Additionally, Bellin Health Fastlane provides a convenient complement to video visits, as patients can schedule a video visit with our care teams and then be sent to Fastlane for testing needs.
