MyChart Online Visits are a convenient option for non-urgent medical care. They are available with our providers through MyChart. You’ll fill out a questionnaire and our care team will review your responses and promptly offer medical guidance.

Get care without a clinic visit. A MyChart Online Visit lets you connect with a provider for common health concerns. No appointment, video or phone call needed.
It's easy, fast and secure.
- Log into MyChart.
- Go to the main menu.
- Select "Begin a MyChart Online Visit" under Find Care.
- From there, our patient questionnaire is designed to gather all the necessary information about your symptoms and condition.
A provider will review your responses and respond with treatment recommendations based on your answers within 1-2 days. This can include:
- Prescribing medication
- Recommending lifestyle changes
- Suggesting further tests or in-person visit
MyChart Online Visit Services
MyChart Online Visits offer care for a wide range of conditions, including:
- Back pain (ages 18 and older)
- Diarrhea (ages 2 and older)
- Female UTI (ages 12 to 80)
- Heartburn (ages 18 and older)
- Prescription for CPAP supplies (based on diagnosis)
- Red eye (ages 2 and older)
- Sinus (ages 18 and older)
- Vaginal itching (ages 18 to 80)
