What to Expect During a Visit

Video visits offer access to face-to-face care from a Bellin Health provider right from your computer, smartphone or tablet. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your health-related needs from home, work or any other convenient location. During your visit, our providers will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

With this streamlined process, you can expect the same care and attention as during an in-person appointment. No more waiting rooms or long commutes to the doctor's office, especially when you’re not feeling well. Your provider will assess your symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, adjust medications and send prescriptions to your pharmacy if needed.

It's important to note that video visits are available to new and existing patients. They can either be pre-scheduled, just like an in-person appointment at the clinic or accessed on demand, allowing you to join a queue when you are looking to receive care.

On-Demand Video Visits

Experience healthcare on your schedule! Whether you’re at home or on the go, our dedicated team of Bellin Health healthcare professionals is here to provide the care you need, exactly when you need it. To join the queue for an on-demand video visit, select “On Demand Video Visit” in MyBellinHealth. We also have an online scheduling option available for those without an account. It’s as easy as a few clicks!

Available hours for care:

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Holidays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Video visits are available seven days a week with the exception of visits with your primary care provider. Please note on-demand video visits are available for patients currently residing in Wisconsin or Michigan.

Visits scheduled with your current Bellin Health primary care provider team will be billed through your insurance.

E-visits can help established patients access care through their MyBellinHealth account by filling out a questionnaire regarding a minor health concern they have. Receive a response from one of our staff members within 1-2 days.
