What to Expect During a Visit

Video visits offer access to face-to-face care from a Bellin Health provider right from your computer, smartphone or tablet. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your health-related needs from home, work or any other convenient location. During your visit, our providers will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

With this streamlined process, you can expect the same care and attention as during an in-person appointment. No more waiting rooms or long commutes to the doctor's office, especially when you’re not feeling well. Your provider will assess your symptoms, make a diagnosis, recommend treatment, adjust medications and send prescriptions to your pharmacy if needed.

It's important to note that video visits are available to new and existing patients. If you've never seen a Bellin Health provider before, don't hesitate to schedule a visit and experience the convenience and quality care that we offer. Types of Video Visits That We Offer

We see patients for a wide range of reasons, such as:

Follow-up visits
Medication monitoring
Meet-the-provider consults
Mental health care
Pain management
Sick visits

They are scheduled visits, just like an in-person appointment at the clinic. However, there may be instances where an in-person appointment is recommended.

Your provider may feel that a physical examination or consultation with a specialist is necessary to provide you with the best possible care.

When Are Video Visits Offered?

Bellin Health offers video visits seven days a week with the exception of visits with your primary care provider.

Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Holidays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Routine primary care video visits will be scheduled with your regular provider between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. They are not available on holidays.

How Much Does It Cost?

Visits scheduled with your current Bellin Health primary care physician team will be billed through your insurance.

Bellin Health Fastlane provides a convenient complement to video visits, as patients can schedule a video visit with our care teams and then be sent to Fastlane for testing needs.

E-Visits

E-visits can help established patients access care through their MyBellinHealth account by filling out a questionnaire regarding a minor health concern they may have. Receive a response from one of our staff members within 1-2 days.
