Nurse Coach
Health Coach
Coaching & Culture Program*
Our free Coaching & Culture program aims to help you improve all dimensions of your well-being through*:
- One-on-one health coaching via video or telephone with flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple shifts.
- A variety of well-being classes that are delivered online and are in varying lengths from six to 12 weeks throughout the year.
- Educational handouts, national observance events and trackers for various contests.
- An on-demand well-being platform that allows you to complete videos and activities at your convenience.
- Well-being team champions that engage your teams in improving health and well-being.
Access Coaching & Culture Program resources
Hours
Mondays: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesdays: 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
First, second and fourth Wednesday of every month: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Third Wednesday of every month: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursdays: 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Fridays: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The below services are available to members enrolled in the $1500 HRA or HDHP plan (copays may apply). Nearsite services are also available to retirees covered under the company’s insurance plan who are not eligible for government-sponsored insurance.

- Pain and injury assessments with hand-on evaluation and next steps provided by a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT)
- Personalized home exercise programs
- Assistance with sprains, strains, muscle pulls, aches, and pains
- Referrals to appropriate medical professionals

Receive:
- Information on how to balance nutrition, activity and medications for improved health
- Tailored plans that fit your personal food and activity preferences
- Simple strategies on managing blood sugar highs and lows
- Guidance on practicing healthy habits to prevent complications, such as heart conditions
- Confidence and coping skills for long-term success

Fastlane Drive-Thru
Fastlane provides services for patients of all ages, offering a fast, convenient and climate-controlled drive-thru option for testing, vaccinations and other services.
Appointments are required and can be made by your provider, through your MyChart account or by calling the employer clinic hotline at (800) 528-7883.
FastCare
Nearsite cost: $0/$60 HDHP copay due at time of appointment
Receive care for:
- Bladder infections (females ages 12 and older)
- Cold symptoms
- Earaches
- Immunizations
- Insect bites
- Screenings
- Sinus infections
- Sore throats
Patients must be 18 months or older. Additional age restrictions for select services.
Urgent Care
Nearsite cost: $0/$125 HDHP copay due at time of appointment
Receive care for:
- Broken bones
- Colds
- Cuts requiring stitches
- Influenza
- Other ailments that are not life threatening
Excludes imaging.
