Who Is Eligible to Join?
- Independent physicians who are not employed by a competing delivery system.
- Bellin Hospital is the current hospital member.

Governance has been established to optimize physician involvement and decision-making in partnership with the Hospital member. The governance structure is balanced, and every member has equal and fair representation through their elected Board of Directors representatives.
