Children & Adolescent Center

We are excited to share that our brand-new Emplify Health Children & Adolescent Center is now open and caring for patients.

This clinic is operated through our Connected for Kids partnership and is the home for many pediatric primary and specialty care features:

• Adolescent-dedicated clinic
• All-abilities playground and gym
• Child life services room
• Disordered eating program
• EOS scanner for safe, full-body imaging
• Model apartment for life skills
• Pediatric lab 

This clinic brings specialty pediatrics close to home for our patients in Northeast Wisconsin and in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, allowing families to spend more time together and less time traveling to get the care they need.

The Adolescent Team at Bellin Health

The Adolescent Team at Bellin Health is housed inside both our De Pere East clinic and Children & Adolescent Center and provides teens and adolescents with a warm, welcoming environment to share their mental and physical healthcare needs, concerns and questions.

We recognize the unique needs of this age group, and we are proud to have earned the Adolescent Centered Environment Gold Certification for Bellin Health De Pere East, Marinette and Iron Mountain. This designation proves our commitment to the advanced delivery of care to adolescents. 

Adolescents and teens can access our Adolescent Team by referral from their Bellin Health provider or by scheduling an appointment on MyChart or calling Bellin Health De Pere East at (920) 338-6830.

Kid Care

Located in the Emergency Department of Bellin Hospital – Green Bay we offer specialized pediatric emergency care for kids of all ages. Don't need emergency-level care, but looking for pediatric urgent care? All Bellin Health Urgent Care locations are open to all ages.
