Well-known Family Medicine physician served community for nearly two decades
MARQUETTE. Mich. — Dr. Mary Tobin-Anderson is kicking off 2025 with a return to serving the Marquette, Mich. community with expert Family Medicine care.
Tobin-Anderson, a Family Medicine physician with Bellin Health, joined the care team at Bellin Health Escanaba two years ago and is now transitioning to splitting her time between Escanaba and Bellin Health Marquette through the spring of 2025. Come summer, she will begin seeing patients exclusively in Marquette.
“I am excited and grateful for this opportunity to serve the Marquette community, where I can continue to ensure that the people of Marquette County and the Upper Peninsula receive the healthcare and guidance that they deserve,” Tobin-Anderson said.
Tobin-Anderson lives in Marquette with her husband and four children. She served the Marquette community as a physician for 18 years before joining Bellin Health.
Tobin-Anderson learned to admire the world of healthcare through her father, a former physician of 40 years. Following in his footsteps, she pursued and earned her Medical Degree at Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine. Wanting to stay and serve her home area, Tobin-Anderson completed her Family Medicine Residency at Michigan State University-Marquette, where she became Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Outside of supporting patients at the Escanaba and Marquette clinics, Tobin-Anderson continues her passion for healthcare through participating in medical missions. In her downtime, she enjoys accompanying her children at their various sporting events, traveling and working with her husband on their small farm.
