GREEN BAY — Emplify Health by Bellin Green Bay Hospital has received its tenth consecutive five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). These ratings provide patients with information across five areas of quality:
Mortality
Safety of care
Readmission
Patient experience
Timely and effective care
“Safety and patient experience have always been at the center of all we do at Emplify Health,” said Dr. Scott Rathgaber, Emplify Health CEO. “Receiving the tenth consecutive five-star rating is a true testament to the teams and individuals who go above and beyond to provide the best care for everyone we serve.”
More than 4,600 hospitals nationwide received a star rating during this evaluation period. Of those, Emplify Health by Bellin was one of just 291 (about 10 percent) and the only Green Bay hospital to receive the highest rating of five stars. Click here to learn more.
