The 5-Star Medicare Advantage plans will be available in 15 counties in Northeast Wisconsin for 2022
HealthPartners Robin Medicare Advantage plans have been awarded an overall 5 out of 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2022. The top rating from CMS places HealthPartners Robin as one of the highest rated Medicare plans in the nation, providing excellence in care, coverage and service to its Medicare members.
“This is an incredible accomplishment, especially achieving a 5 out of 5-star rating within the first three years of offering Medicare Advantage plans to members in Wisconsin,” said Mark Matzke, Robin with HealthPartners vice president of health solutions. “I’m proud of our team’s hard work to ensure our members receive high value care and service.”
“This top rating shows the value of bringing together trusted health care and health plan expertise,” said Chris Woleske, president and CEO of Bellin Health. “Our collaboration with HealthPartners and ThedaCare advances our shared goal of providing quality care and coverage to help patients and members achieve the best possible health outcomes.”
The CMS publishes Star Ratings* each year to measure the quality of health and pharmacy services for Medicare enrollees and rate plan performance between 1 and 5 stars. A 5-star rating is considered excellent. It scores a series of clinical and performance measures including quality of care, member experience, health plan administration and customer service. Medicare consumers can use Star Ratings when shopping for a plan during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) (Oct. 15-Dec. 7) or when they become eligible for Medicare.
