Bellin Region’s Patient and Family Advisory Group is made up of nine dedicated volunteers: Rosie Bartel, Lee Werner, Ryan Pecha, Al Schreiber, Peggy Collinsmith, Mark Hillert, Jim Motley, John Luetscher and Mary Ann Schumerth. Each member plays a unique role in amplifying the voices of patients and families to improve the care experience across the Bellin Region.
The group partners with Emplify Health by Bellin to drive continuous improvement in patient-centered care. They offer valuable feedback, share personal stories and collaborate with leadership to enhance health and safety for all.
When asked what they enjoy most about volunteering, Rosie Bartel shared, “Compassion counts. Our input has led to meaningful changes over the years. It may be small, but it’s important work.”
