Fastlane Drive-Thru
Fastlane provides services for patients of all ages, offering a fast, convenient and climate-controlled drive-thru option for testing, vaccinations and other services.
Appointments are required and can be made by your provider, through your Emplify MyChart account or by calling the employer clinic hotline at (800) 528-7883.

Cost: $15 copay due at time of appointment
Receive care for:
- Bladder infections (females ages 12 and older)
- Cold symptoms
- Earaches
- Immunizations
- Insect bites
- Screenings
- Sinus infections
- Sore throats
Patients must be 18 months or older. Additional age restrictions for select services.
