Thank you for your interest in donating much needed and appreciated items to our health system’s smallest patients. Donated items can ease anxiety and normalize the healthcare environment for our pediatric and NICU patients and families. In order to ensure the safety of our patients, please review our wish list and donation guidelines. Additionally, we do accept monetary donations that can be designated to our pediatric program.
Due to the health needs of our patients, we are careful with the types of donations we can accept. To protect patients’ health and safety, please ensure your donation item(s) meet the following criteria:
- All handmade items must come from an environment free of smoke, pet dander, dust and perfumes.
- All items must be free of political, religious, discriminatory or violent content.
- All purchased items must be newly purchased, clean and in original packaging.
We cannot accept the following:
- Food items
- Get-well cards
- Gift-wrapped items
- Knitted baby hats
- Latex balloons
- Used or old items (including stuffed animals, electronics, toys, games, etc.)
Scheduling Drop-Off
You can schedule a time for your donation drop-off by calling our pediatric department at (920) 433-3622. Please ensure you are free of illness and note that we encourage you not to bring young children. From there, we are happy to distribute your donation as appropriate on your behalf.
Holiday Considerations
The holiday and end-of-year season is extremely busy for our healthcare system, so we ask that you please take that into consideration and donate early if you are able. Additionally, please keep in mind that our need for toys and activities remains constant throughout the year, with summertime often being a time of most need.
Handmade Items
Handmade items that meet our guidelines are welcome and appreciated. Below are the items we are able to accept.
