Nursing Careers
Empathy is the heart of our nursing careers. Join a team where compassion and care are not just part of the job—they are the job.
We stand strong in our commitment to supporting and caring for each Bellin Health team member, including our investment in career growth and continuing education opportunities for our registered nurses (RNs).
Nursing Clinical Ladder Program
All careers start somewhere, and our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program allows nursing students to work part-time at Bellin while in school working towards their nursing degree, with a guaranteed registered nurse (RN) position at the time of graduation.
Nursing students who are a part of the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program will be scheduled every other weekend for a total of 16 hours per pay period, with the opportunity to work additional hours if desired.
Benefits of the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program
- Qualify for tuition assistance up to $4,000 each year
- Opportunity to advance your career and gain seniority within the Bellin organization
- Become a part of our Nurse Residency Program that is specifically designed for new graduate nurses
Nurse Residency Program
Our Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program for newer-graduate nurses that meets monthly to:
- Allow peers to connect through shared learning experiences.
- Enhance your clinical judgement and critical thinking skills through educational sessions with clinical experts.
- Provide professional development opportunities and assist in the development of leadership skills.
- Provide tools and guidance to deal with the stress and anxiety that often accompanies the first year of nursing practice.
“I love that I have the time to truly get to know my patients. I get to hear their life stories and get to know their families.”
