Physical & Occupational Therapy Professional Development Opportunities
We offer a range of post-professional development opportunities designed to help physical and occupational therapists grow clinically, professionally and as future leaders in the field.
Our Post-Professional Programs
- Orthopedic and sports residencies
- Orthopedic, geriatric and pelvic health certifications
- Orthopedic manual physical therapy fellowship
- Pain science fellowship
- Certified hand therapy
Most of our programs are 12–18 months in length and combine virtual and in-person didactic learning, hands-on coursework and one-on-one clinical mentoring.
Participants develop advanced clinical reasoning skills and apply the latest evidence-informed practices while preparing for specialty certification exams such as the American Physical Therapy Association ABPTS OCS, SCS, GCS, PWCS and CHT through the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Through partnerships with Bellin College and Evidence in Motion, and with onsite mentoring at our locations across our service region, these programs provide a strong pathway for professional growth and leadership within the physical therapy profession.

Applications will be sent out October of each year with interviews held mid-November. Applications will be sent to physical therapy schools to be distributed to students as well as directly sent to any therapist or physical therapy student who has requested an application personally.
