Alshahrouri Joins Bellin Health Pulmonary Clinic

MARINETTE — Bellin Health Pulmonary Clinic-Marinette has added the expertise of fellowship-trained pulmonologist Dr. Manar Alshahrouri to its healthcare team. Dr. Alshahrouri also will see patients at Bellin Health Pulmonary Clinic-Oconto.

Dr. Alshahrouri offers expertise in these areas, among others:

• Interventional pulmonology and advanced diagnostics
• COPD
• Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (AAT) Deficiency
• Pulmonary hypertension

• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)

Dr. Alshahrouri earned his Medical Degree at Albert Szent-Gyorgyi Medical University in Szeged, Hungary and completed his residency as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine at University of Illinois, Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at RUSH Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, RUSH University Medical Center, Chicago.

Dr. Alshahrouri and his wife, who is also a physician, enjoy spending time with their children. He likes history, Baroque music and reading about philosophy.
