Bellin Foundation Black Tie & Blue Jean Event is Saturday, Sept. 12
Tenth annual fundraiser to benefit Bellin Home Health Telemonitoring Program
The Bellin Health Foundation’s 10th annual Black Tie & Blue Jean Extravaganza is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12.
This fundraising event, in which participants mix and match formal and casual dress to create their attire for the evening, will be held from 6-10 p.m. at the Lambeau Field Atrium.
Individual tickets to the public event are $110. Corporate tables of eight, with signage and recognition, are $1,500. Major sponsorships also are available.
This year’s theme is Grease and the event will feature a Grease-inspired menu, hors d’oeuvres, complementary photos, live 50s music and entertainment, and silent and live auctions, among other theme-related elements.
The 2015 Black Tie & Blue Jean Extravaganza will benefit the Bellin Home Health Telemonitoring Program. This program assists in detecting hidden health problems through vital sign monitoring in the home, which helps to prevent emergency room visits, hospital stays and even death. Support of this year’s event will provide home monitoring services for patients who would otherwise not be able to afford them, as well as additional monitoring equipment.
