Patient & Family Advisory Council
We want to hear from you! Join our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC), a formal group working together to improve the quality, safety and patient experience across our healthcare facilities.
Our Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) unites patients, family members, staff and providers to improve the patient experience and quality of care across our facilities. The council plays a vital role in shaping healthcare policies, programs and services by sharing real-life perspectives and insights.
PFAC members embody the collective voice of our patients and families, championing an ideal patient experience. They advocate for a deeper understanding of patient and family circumstances, helping our teams view care through their eyes.
