Welcome to the Coaching + Culture program, a groundbreaking approach to employee wellness. This program gives you access to a range of health and wellness materials, including unlimited health coaching, live group classes, monthly challenges and on-demand programming that allows you to start and complete programs at your own pace. Here you will also find helpful recipes and information on how to listen to our two wellness-centered podcasts.
These materials are designed to meet your individual needs, and they cover a diverse range of topics, including self care, sleep guidance, stress management, nutrition and more.
1-on-1 Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions
Health and wellness coaching sessions are designed with you in mind, offering flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle. You can meet with your coach as often as you need.
Your coach can provide personalized guidance on wellness topics, including:
- Exercise
- Nutrition
- Sleep Guidance
- Stress Management
- Tobacco Cessation
- Weight Management
These monthly wellness challenges focus on your well-being one day at a time. Once registered, you will receive a tracker that will help you stay on top of your goals. Then, at the end of your monthly challenge, you will submit your tracker to complete the challenge.
If you are participating as part of an employer incentive program, trackers must be submitted within one week of the challenge ending.
January - Shake the Sugar
Kick your sugar habit goodbye! This challenge is about eliminating added sugar from your diet. This does not include natural sugars, like those found in whole foods like fruits and vegetables. Why 21 days? Studies show it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. We are what we repeatedly do and when we practice a “no added sugar or reduced sugar” diet for 21 days, we are starting a new habit and working on improving ourselves inside and out.

February - Heart Challenge
Join this challenge to develop simple, heart-healthy habits. Learn how everyday decisions promote cardiovascular health and cholesterol management. Receive a monthly tracker that offers daily tips and challenges to foster whole heart health awareness.
March - March Madness
Prepare your brackets! This individual challenge enables you to focus on your wellness while following the live NCAA men’s basketball tournament. Track advancing teams after each round and complete activities promoting all wellness dimensions. Whether you’re supporting a specific team, enthusiastic about basketball or unfamiliar with March Madness, all are welcome!
April - Spring Clean Your Life
April signals the ideal time for self-reflection and reorganization. Participate in this 30-day challenge to spring clean your life. Cultivate awareness of how daily routines and environments influence you, and leverage this insight for self-improvement.
May - Here & Now Mindfulness
Are you lacking motivation? Struggling to keep up? Feeling frenzied at all hours of the day? Maybe it’s time you learned to be more mindful by participating in our latest wellness challenge. Here & Now is a four-week challenge that inspires you to practice mindfulness at regular intervals throughout the day. As you track your activity, you gain insight on what strategies help you to live in the moment.
June, July & August - Strides
Stay active and accountable this summer! Join this 12-week challenge, starting June 2, as you bike, swim or walk to track your mileage throughout the summer to reach your personal goal. Weekly health topics will also be sent to help keep you motivated.

October - Healthy Halloween Countdown
As we enter the month of October, it's an ideal time to engage in Halloween festivities and establish new wellness objectives. Weekly tips and a tracker will be provided with diverse activities each day.
November & December - Stick to it Holiday Challenge
As we ring in the holidays, we often put our healthy habits on hold. Our latest wellness challenge will help you stick to your healthy routine at the busiest time of the year. This challenge allows you to select your wellness priorities and track how you are “Sticking to it!"

12 days of Christmas health and nutrition. Embark on the 12 days of Christmas health and nutrition challenge building on our understanding of the gut-brain connection. Join this engaging initiative exploring foods that bolster mental and gut well-being via daily emails aligned with the 12 days of Christmas theme.
